Postage charges are based on weight of order, region and delivery option. The default is our 'normal' service. Publications are sent via 2nd class post for delivery to UK addresses and by Airmail to non-UK addresses. Postage and packaging is priced as follows for our 'normal' service:

Shipping is calculated on quantity and most cost-effective route possible. Fast delivery is offered by courier service.

UK: - Normal delivery up 5 working days.

Minimum charge per item £3.50.
Maximum charge per item is £10.00.
Courier delivery - next day by 5.30 pm. Price available upon request or at checkout.

Europe: - delivery up to 7 working days.

Minimum charge per 1 item is £8.50
Maximum charge per 1 item is £35.00
Courier delivery - 2-3 working days. Price available upon request or at checkout..

Rest of World: - delivery up to 10 working days.

Minimum charge per 1 item £15.00
Maximum charge per 1 item is £55.00
Courier delivery - 3-5 working days. Price available upon request or at checkout.

To arrange courier delivery please either:

Add the items you wish to order from the website to your shopping basket, select the courier delivery option before you place your order and then proceed to checkout, or please contact our sales office who will be very happy to advise you - +44 (0)1793 865069/865012.

Please note that orders received after 12.00 noon which require courier delivery, will be sent via courier the following working day. However, where possible, we will do our best to send out on the same day. Please note: our couriers will not delivery to PO Box addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: Courier delivery requires a signature of receipt, therefore goods cannot be left in a 'safe place'. Alternatively, please identify an alternative contact for delivery. Instructions should be given at the checkout.

When will I receive my order?

If you ordered on-line, your goods will normally be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days. If you ordered off-line, you will be contacted by a member of the WEBookshop sales team within the next 24 hours (weekdays only) for payment information. Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. You will be notified by email once your goods are dispatched. After placing your order, you may cancel it any any point, providing it has not yet been dispatched, by following our cancellation process.

You should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We cannot however be held responsible for any time delays caused by the postal / delivery services.
